i first met the hable sisters 10 years ago when i was visiting nyc, and we have worked together ever since. the relationship i have with them is so intertwined with my photographic life today that i can not imagine my world without them. i am constantly thankful for their friendship and inspiration. this image was one of the first ones i ever shot for them and it remains one of my favorites- it includes my favorite model (my sister) and it captures the spirit of their work and also the fun i have when i work with them. now, susan lives around the corner from me here in athens and we get to work together even more. thanks, sisters!
